their Banker's Window software. In Addition to this, we rolled out a new
Microsoft Windows 2000 network using TCP/IP environment. Xyquad provided
support for the installation and setup of Banker's Window as well as support

The Banker's Window teller platform is an extremely user-friendly system,
which permitted for a smooth training and conversion. The tellers and CSR's
were very comfortable navigating through the software on the first day of
the conversion. This was after a one to two hour training session for all users.
The conversion did not affect our customer service, as the conversion was
nearly seamless to our customers.
A couple of months after the Banker's Window conversion, Pulaski implemented

support for the intergration of the signature image from this system into the
Banker's Window system.
