We converted our frontend to Banker’s Window, over 100 workstations, in less than the half the time scheduled with excellent results. Our Project Manager, Joyce Conway, was part of the sales team that sold us the product, she was onsite and helped us install, train, and convert, and she is the one that currently supports the product for us. This business model is not the norm in this industry, in my opinion it allows Xyquad to provide us with service that is unmatched. We deal with many vendors and by far Xyquad has the best follow up, turnaround time for “fixes”, and the quickest results when you request changes. If we find a “bug”, once I report it, I typically get a response almost immediately and a fix before I am even able to install it on my side. Occasionally when Joyce is out of the office she sends an email with her schedule, who to contact in her absence, and any other information that may be pertinent. Customer service is exceptional with Xyquad.

However, recently, I reported a major issue impacting our branches regarding our central server environment.
