Friday, June 7, 2002, Yakima Federal Savings has successfully
converted all 120 of our teller workstations from VBOSS+ to
Banker's Window software. The purpose of this letter is to thank
Xyquad Inc. and its employees for the conversion assistance and
support and to offer Yakima Federal Savings as a reference for
future Banker's Window clients.

know, Yakima Federal Savings began using VBOSS+ upon our
conversion to Fiserv Vision in 1996. At that time, Fiserv did
not have proprietary teller software and they recommended Xyquad

"Pulaski Bank has been a customer of Xyquad's for many years. Furthermore, Xyquad not only provides support for our software but also our hardware.
Pulaski recently converted our five branches from their VBOSS+ software to their Banker's Window software. In Addition to this, we rolled out a new Microsoft Windows 2000 network using TCP/IP environment. Xyquad provided support for the installation and setup of Banker's Window as well as support for the transition to our new network.
The Banker's Window teller platform is an extremely user-friendly system, which permitted for a smooth training and conversion. The tellers and CSR's were very comfortable navigating through the software on the first day of the conversion. This was after a one to two hour training session for all users. The conversion did not affect our customer service, as the conversion was nearly seamless to our customers.
A couple of months after the Banker's Window conversion, Pulaski implemented an Imaging system. The Xyquad software department was tremendous in providing support for the integration of the signature image from this system into the Banker's Window system.
I would highly recommend the Banker's Window system not only for the ease of the system, but due to the support received during and after the conversion. The support staff at Xyquad consists of dedicated, professional employees who are always available to answer your questions or offer support."
