BANKER'S WINDOW

Xyquad Incorporated has developed a GUI based branch automation system, Banker's Window. It includes file maintenance, inquiry, and monetary transactions as well as new accounts. Future releases will include "what if" calculations.

The many features of Banker's Window include:

• WYSIWYG Data Entry Screens
• Error scanning for Transpositions
• Electronic Journal storage of transactions at both the workstation and server which includes calculations used, host response and transmitted work.
• Transaction capture and automatic reentry
• Local disaster recovery
• Multi-level speedkey pages for each department result in unlimited individual speed key selection
• Host messaging
• Operator security that goes down to the transaction level
• Built in calculator that is available for each monetary field
• Passbook, receipt and validation printing
• Cash counter that allows you to count cash by either amount or number of bills. Local totals as a backup to host totals.
• Network messaging and a multi-sentence "chat" feature that allows you to "chat" with an individual over the network.
• The software is highly authorable and will support industry standard printer drivers.
• Communications are achieved via TCP/IP, or Attachmate InfoConnect Software using frame relay or dedicated phone lines.

Banker's Window has been built for the keyboard intensive teller as well as the back room operation users who may prefer a mouse. A full menubar and toolbar set are available to make transaction and option selection easy for all types of users.

Banker's Window has been developed to be a cross platform product, with the ability to be used in Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT. It can also use a variety of Data Base Management Systems. Current systems in use are Oracle and Sybase SQL Anywhere. Other DBMSs are available including those that are ODBC compliant.
